SEMINAR REGISTRATION
Seminar fee: $ 250.00
A $ 50 deposit is due at the time of registration unless you are registering late.
Your deposit is fully refundable until one week before the seminar begins.
In the event that we must cancel the seminar for any reason, you will receive a full refund. The remaining fee is payable upon your arrival for the first day of the seminar. For late registrants, the full fee is payable at that time.
Registrants will be sent directions, instructions on what to wear and what to bring, and information about lodging, meals and snacks.

Beginning Sept. 1, 2007, overnight lodging is $40 per night.
