What Is Medical Qi-Gong?
Q |
i-Gong (pronounced “chee-goong”) has been practiced in China for thousands of years, where it is accepted as a self-healing method and an effective medical treatment. The name literally means “breathing exercises” and covers a wide variety of methods for enhancing one’s Qi (internal energy or life force). The common factors are clearing the mind, breathing slowly and deeply from the abdomen while focusing on the Dantien, in the area of acupuncture point Guanyan, located four finger widths below the navel.

and their healing technique will be their ability
to connect to the source of all healing through Medical Qi-Gong.”
Through David Goldner’s Medical Qi-Gong Seminar, you can learn to transmit your Qi through mental intention, focusing on the lower Dantien and breathing, and how to direct it to acupuncture points and energy meridians to benefit healing. Medical Qi-Gong delivers and executes results at higher levels in the physical and energetic body with profound consequences for health and vitality. In Medical Qi-Gong, the healer goes beyond intention.
Medical Qi-Gong practice is a function of the right brain, where the subconscious mind stores and processes sense impressions and memories affecting every cell, organ, bone and tissue of the body. This is where we experience the alpha state of mind when we sleep. During the alpha state, the body heals and repairs itself. A Medical Qi-Gong practitioner can project his or her Qi at frequencies that reach this level of healing.
Modern scientific studies in China recognize that Medical Qi-Gong masters can transmit energy from their hands which benefits health and healing. Scientific experiments have measured radio waves, sound, magnetic fields and infrared vibrations emanating from the hands or bodies of Medical Qi-Gong practitioners.
